That looks absolutely awesome.
It must have taken some bottle to wet sand it. What grade of paper did you use?

I have read somewhere that spiders do not like conkers,
so the answer is simple,
strap conkers to the wing mirrors and the spiders will move out.
You could paint the conkers to match your car so they would not stand out so much.

I have seen these on fleabay and would like to know if anyone has used these people and what were they like.

I took my IS200 to Tony Bones at STS in Watford today and had my geometry checked and adjusted.
Tony explained what he was doing as he went along and has made adjustments to rectify my front inner tyre wear. Tony discovered my car was set up for european settings so he changed them to UK settings.
The handling feels more solid and the steering sharper since having this done and I would recommend a visit to the Dr of geometry to everyone, he is one of lifes genuinely nice people.
I also met Neil "MACRS200" who was having his fine tuning done when I arrived.
The only downside to the day was I took my misses along and she went off shopping while the car was being looked at and she almost melted the credit card.
All in all a great day and a huge thanks to Tony

Thanks for your reply.
I pulled the washer out as far as it would go and sprayed copious amounts of WD40 down the gap but it still sticks out about 1cm.
It will retract fully if I pull it out a bit and let it go (if that makes sense).
:duh:

I know this is an old thread but did you fix it with a squirt of WD40 as mine has the same problem.

One word of warning though........
Be prepared for aching facial muscles as you will have a grin on your face for ages.

It never ceases to amaze me the what the human race can inflict on each other and especially innocent people.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the families of these poor victims of terrorism.
Another sad day for mankind.

Congratulations to you both.

Congratulations on your purchase. It was worth the wait I bet. The grin stays on your face for a very long time.
