Yes it was from good old eBay. What would we do without it?

Yes the wheels are prone to corrosion due to I believe the alloy that the Japanese use is not up to the conditions of the British weather and the use of salt on the roads.

I am on my 3rd set of wheels in 30 months. The last set only lasted 9 months an these were the refurbished ones. :duh:

My grandson James gave me a hint that he wants my car when he is older.

I have always had a follow up call from Lexus GB when I have taken my car in for a service, they ask a few questions about the service I received from the dealer and would I use them again.

Very funny.

I have just taken a look at the alignment I had done last year because my front tyres were wearing on the inside and wonder if you could cast your expert eye over it as it does not mean a lot to me.

Just checked my service record receipts and the part number for the air filter you quote is correct. However I have a different number for the Pollen filter.

17801-70050 Air Filter

88508-48020 Filter, Pollen.

Well done to Lexus GB for sorting it out for you, after all its all about Customer Service isn't it?

However its a shame that the dealership did not see it that way, perhaps they need extra training.
