    Checked with dealer today and it is full lexus history. Would have walked away if it wasn't. This isn't a ford focus we are talking about here!

    Hmmm ok. Not sure how it has valid extended warranty if not serviced by lexus at every interval? Any ideas about that? No issues with divulging any info if I go ahead with the purchase. Stu

    Place I am looking to buy an isf from have stated the car will come with a new service. The car has extended warranty on it. If they ( un franchised ) carry out the service, will this void existing warranty and prevent me being able to extend it? Stu

    Ok. Is the increased 'poke' that noticeable in sport? Must be shocking in the snow being 420 bhp rwd, even with a snow mode.

    Thanks for the replies. That's good to know. May go in at a cheeky 17.5 plus my car and go from there. Looks like I may have the option of extending warranty, is this worth doing as they seem like very reliable cars?

    Thanks for the reply. Will it shift for you if it is in sport/snow/normal mode and you temporarily use paddles?

    Can't take anything he says seriously. Always with a pinch of salt when he opens his mouth. As above topgear is an 'Entertainment' show now and has been for some time.

    So a few questions here. 1. When you are in manual will the car auto shift up/down at any point or are you in complete control? 2. When is sports mode I know the car holds revs longer and throttle is more responsive but what happens if you play with the shifter paddles? Does it switch to manual mode? 3. Same as question 2 but for regular and snow modes? Stu

It has bad a few minor stone chips touched in as you would expect, it will come with mot and service but no tax and I am part exchanging a car worth about 500 pounds. I can pay cash so no finance but does that offer me more bargaining power? Stu

    Thanks for that. Do you know if iphone 5s works via Bluetooth? I assumed that was only for calls? Is there a way to get my iphone music playing through the system? One of the cars I am looking at states there is the ability to renew warranty. Just wondered if its worth it as the cars seem to be very reliable with no known potentially expensive issues. How much is it? Stu

    Hi all, 3 questions really. 1. Does the auxiliary port allow plug and play with iphone 5s? Is it USB? 2. Is adaptive cruise control the one that keeps you x distance from car in front? Is that standard feature? 3. Iexus extended warranty worth buying? If the cars are solid and have full dealer service history is the extended warranty worth it? Any idea on price? Stuart
