  1. No probs. You can see that red LED of interface is on all the time, but I had no battery issues so far. On the other hand I do not really need it plugged in, I did some programming and that was all. BTW if you leave your car in neutral for longer you will get battery management error in ECU, not on dash. Happened to me while car had wheel alignment done and putting it in neutral was the only way to allow front wheels spinning freely.
  2. Confirm, OBD port is powered all the time, but I have mini bluetooth interface plugged in for over 2 months now, no problems at all.
  3. Not sure if tint has anything to do, as every window can be scratched. On previous car I accidentally scratched windscreen with sand grain stuck under wiper. I have never heard or seen tint film on the outside of the widow. As far as I know factory tinted windows have coloured glass, not a layer of tint on any of the sides (unless done by dealership, but then it is not factory). Using rubber for scraping is not the best idea. Window is never clean, there is always some dirt on in under ice and rubber catches small grit and sand bits and scratches the glass. In Scandinavia most popular ice scrapers have copper edge. I'm using one of them for years, haven't caused any scratch up to now. That has nothing to do with the side tint has been fitted ;)
  4. Recently on my way back from holiday i had a strange situation. I had quite a lot of fuel in the tank so did not bother but motorway driving coused higher consumption and at some point I saw fuel warning light. Unfo there was no petrol station for about 60 miles. When I finaly get there I filled the tank up to full with only 35 litres. After driving 60 miles with warning light on at 80mph I was rather expecting 40-42 litres.
  5. Is there any info when new version could be released?
  6. You can do this and more coding / diagnostic on your own using Android phone, Carista OBDII app (pro version costs abt £12) and OBDII BT adapter (abt £6.00).
