  1. Correct me if I am wrong, but am I right in saying that with the gearbox set to 'drive', upshifts are automatic, but in manual up shifts have to be done manually? Is there anyway that in manual I can still get the upshift done automatically (before hitting the rev limiter)? Not the end of the world if this is not possible, it's just what I'm used to coming from a BMW. Apologies if dumb question. Many thanks :)
  2. That That's exactly how I feel :) My daily drive is a Volvo. I regularly get bullied on my daily commute by a woman in an Audi TT. I'll have to take the F to work one day :)
  3. Thanks Mark :) She's tucked up in my garage at the moment. I will hopefully be getting her out at the weekend. :)
  4. Sorry mate, I didn't get a change to look at it. Have you been to see it since? LOL :)
  5. Thanks. As I've had the car a few days, I've just booked it in for the dealer to look at. I've had auto wipers on VWs, BMWs and a Volvo. All of which worked very well.
  6. Tried cleaning the windscreen - no difference. Tried Rainex - no difference. Seems to work OK on the motorway when it is raining properly, but that sort defeats the point. Be interested to get some more opinions. Thanks.
  7. Afternoon all. How good do you find the rain sensitive wipers on the ISF? I'm not sure mine has a fault, but no matter what sensitivity setting I set, it seems hit / miss if they are going to work. If I get out the vehicle and rub my finger across the sensor (smudging rain water), the wiper works. However, dripping water droplets on the sensor doesn't make the wipers work. And most importantly light rain doesn't make the wipers work either :( Anyone else have issues? Many thanks!
  8. Thanks Peter :) Thanks Mike :) I do indeed! I broke the ISF news to the Mrs last night, and she is also excited :)
  9. Cheers buddy! :) I will certainly keep an eye out for you!
  10. When I had my TVR, I used to wave at other TVR drivers. I suspect waving at other ISFs may be a rare thing! Having said that, I do see one on the M32 (Bristol) every now and again.
