  1. I actually have noticed the exact same thing. Very random, a single beep. I actually noticed it more driving in the UK, more so then ireland. I wonder is it a speed camera alert maybe? My model does not have the speed sign precondition. Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  2. There is certainly a huge kick power once the kickdown is pressed. It feels like the battery power is being added Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
  3. Ah - it being my first automatic - I didn't know that was a thing! Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  4. 4 weeks into my is300h , and I've noticed an annoying issue with the accelerator pedal. There is a weird plastic lever/piston on the floor under the pedal. When you press the accelerator, it eventually touches this plastic part, causing the pedal to stop at that point. You then need to apply more pressure to the pedal, and you can feel a slight give as this plastic cap is pushed inwards. Then you get the proper full balls out acceleration. Is this deliberate? 5. Thanks for the instructions - I did the same, wired to the floor lighting - way easier then the official Lexus guide. My white panel came today from wish. 30mins install - delighted with the result. Then installed logo puddle lights too. 6. I just got my 15 is300h 55k full service in Lexus cork (lehanes) for 350 euro.included hybrid check Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  7. Listing doesn't mention a warning light, no mention of anything wrong with it - so you should have no problem pulling out of the transaction. Not as listed. Sent from my SM-P900 using Tapatalk
  8. Wow - that's an insane price for that spec. It says It's category D - so was an insurance write off, but no list of what what rebuilt - so a definite gamble. I'd have a serious mechanical check before parting with my cash. If It's straight, it's a hell of a car for that price Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  9. You just hand the whole v5c to them. No need to do anything with it at all. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
  10. Bit of advice - bring a good few proof or address docs. They will only accept something actually posted to your house. I used a P60 that was emailed and printed. They wouldn't accept it - had to drive from blarney to youghal to grab a credit card statement! It's getting hard to actually get a bill that's not electronic these days! 11. Can't say i notice any excessive noise in mine either. Wiper motors are quite too. I'd get it checked out. Road noise is WAY quieter then my previous Mazda 6 - that was really bad over 60mph Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
  12. Got it back last night at 12 midnight - 10 hours of polishing and cutting! Of course it rained overnight- but it is gleaming. Can't see a single swirl mark, and even a few scratches are way lighter. Would highly recommend Alphasud for any cork owners. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
  13. I'll post some pics in the morning- they're still working on it at 10pm 🤤 Sent from my SM-T580 using Tapatalk
  14. 2 options -a 5year one that takes 2 days to do @650 And a 1year coating that takes 6 hours @250. I went with the 1 year option Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
  15. Thanks! I have it in with Alphasud in Blarney today for a polish and ceramic coating. Can't wait to see what the final result is. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
