4 weeks into my is300h , and I've noticed an annoying issue with the accelerator pedal. There is a weird plastic lever/piston on the floor under the pedal. When you press the accelerator, it eventually touches this plastic part, causing the pedal to stop at that point. You then need to apply more pressure to the pedal, and you can feel a slight give as this plastic cap is pushed inwards. Then you get the proper full balls out acceleration. Is this deliberate? Wow - that's an insane price for that spec. It says It's category D - so was an insurance write off, but no list of what what rebuilt - so a definite gamble. Bit of advice - bring a good few proof or address docs. They will only accept something actually posted to your house. I used a P60 that was emailed and printed. They wouldn't accept it - had to drive from blarney to youghal to grab a credit card statement! It's getting hard to actually get a bill that's not electronic these days! Can't say i notice any excessive noise in mine either. Wiper motors are quite too. I'd get it checked out. Road noise is WAY quieter then my previous Mazda 6 - that was really bad over 60mph Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk

Got it back last night at 12 midnight - 10 hours of polishing and cutting! Of course it rained overnight- but it is gleaming. Can't see a single swirl mark, and even a few scratches are way lighter. Would highly recommend Alphasud for any cork owners. Sent from my SM-G960F using Tapatalk
