My Astra 2010 1.6 Auto which I traded in for the NX was the same, just driving it from home to end of road you could see the fuel needle moving 😂

Nice one Gary, I think you'll agree with me the car looks even better out of the showroom and in front of your house, regarding the locking wheel nuts give Lexus customer service a call and tell them to email you if the wheels are stolen that they will take full responsibility, like I did

Hi all, Collected my 350H Takumi on the 1st Sep 73 Plate, to be honest it was a disappointing day it was raining hard ( not the Dealers fault) we had to wait 1 hour extra due to the people coming late before us, when our turn came it was all rushed, I already knew about wallet smart key being stopped, 2nd key I was only given the blade and the fob to come 4/6 months later and No Locking wheel nuts, No wheel jack, No Manual, dealer said you have to get it yourselves. I phoned Lexus UK and was told unfortunately the smart wallet key is discontinued but the locking wheel nuts, Manual and the key fob I will be notified by Lexus when they come, I said what if some one steals my wheels in the meantime, she said Lexus will take full responsibility and she sent me an email confirming this. Driving the car is joy it just feels so good, and it looks so fantastic in the flesh, I was having 2nd thoughts on the Sonic Grey colour but seeing the car in front of you I know I made the right choice. Just one thing is confusing me not that I'm complaining the Dealer gave me full tank of fuel with 5 miles on the clock, I've now done 75 miles but the Fuel gauge is still showing Full Tank, can that be right? Or is it a gauge faulty? My driving so far is only on the A Roads in Normal mode and no hard acceleration except a couple of times in Sport mode even then only half acceleration. My EV Ratio range to Engine Ratio is showing 85%.

Hi there, The wait is finally over, I'm picking up my 350H Takumi tomorrow 1st Sep 73 Plate, it's been a long journey. I placed the order on 28th Feb 2022 and being told Jan 23 for collection, then the collection date went up and up. Finally got the call from Lexus UK Head office that my car is with the Dealer on July 12 23, called the dealer straight away and asked him we're good for 1st Sep 73 Plate, he said we can't really keep the car for so long without Registrating it, but he'll try to do something, I said please try I've waited patiently, he said because of the long wait, the 1st service will be FOC, and to just wait for pick up, I was very fortunate got the call from him a week before 1st Sep. I went to see him 2 days ago to start paying for the car he said if you take all 4 add on's Ceramic coating, Lexus smart protect, Dascams, Gap Cover I'll just pay for 3 which I did. I just asked him can I see what the smart wallet key looks like only for the Takumi spec, he said to a recent up date from Lexus it's no longer offered, I will only get 1 key fob and 1 key blade only and later on will get the key blade fob.

You getting your car quick in only 4 weeks, I was told it was anything from 10/12 weeks, my car was shipped 3 weeks ago and the dealer said you'll get it late July.

Hi there, my 350H Takumi left Japan about 3 weeks ago, I know some of you guys can track the actual ship how do you do that? In my Lexus Link App it's showing a straight line from the Factory to Portbury near Bristol and from there it's going up to near Nottingham and then straight down to the Lexus Twickenham, can somebody explain what's Happening? Absolutely it's important for me, after waiting for a year and 5 month's 73 will look so much better then a 23, I know after 6 months they'll be a 24 plate, but after waiting for so long, I deserve it, I need it, I want the 73 Plate 🤣🤣

Hi Gary, oh please don't say that the Dealer will register the car on the 23 Plate, my dealer is quoting me late July for my 350H, now whether that means the car will arrive at the Dock or the dealer don't know, suppose it comes at the dealers end of July then I'm hoping it'll take them 1/2 weeks to get car ready install the Dashcams, then they should keep the car unregistered for a couple of weeks in the showroom and then get the 73 Plate, is this wishful thinking on my part 😂😂. Who's your dealer? Mine is Lexus Twickenham.

Same here my 350H is a standard Takumi, my dealer did tell me l on his last update 4 weeks ago that I will get the new 24 updated model with the matching colour for the door panel, glove box and some matching trim around the 14 inch screen to match with seat trim colour (that won't apply to me as I've got the black interior lol) and with some adjustments to the suspension and braking for more comfortable ride, but it'll look nice on your Hazel interior.

I ordered my Sonic Grey 350H Takumi in 22 Feb two weeks ago they started building my car and got notification yesterday car is built and ready for shipping, before I ask the Dealer realistically when should the car arrive at the dealership? From built to at Dealer I'm hoping it comes in middle of August so I can get the 73 Plate, also I'm having the two Dashcam's fitted and also have the Ceramic coating done it's a £500.00 option, just need some advice is it worth having the ceramic coating done by the dealer? One more thing will the 350H have it's Catalytic converter protected underneath?

Hi there, Finally after 1 year and 3 Months, I got the notification they've started building my 305H Takumi in Sonic Grey, realistically what kind of time frame am I looking at from build to pick up from dealer, I'm kind of hoping it'll be around September for the 73 Plate or is that wishful thinking.

Same here ordered in Feb 22 told delivery Jan/Feb 23 but now there telling April 23, I was told when I placed the order, I would be given Monthly updates, but you have to chase them up for updates!! (Sorry I ordered a 350H Takumi)

That's exactly what I mean, it's not as if Japan is supplying the whole world it's just us in Europe I guess

Surely it can't take them that long to build the cars, especially with lexus building the cars in Canada

Hi Everyone, I'd placed an order for my 350H Takumi End of 22 Feb and was told delivery would be Jan or Feb 23, but got an e-mail today (which I have to chase them up for updates) saying their Data Base is now showing April 23, that can't be right can it!!! this couldn't be an deliberate attempt for me to cancel the order and give the car to someone else, it's still showing Order being Processed after 9 months, I've being waiting patiently but now I don't know.
