  1. Glad that you found it. I presume that you took out the fuse ?
  2. Hello there. In my case i drive a 2008 RX 400H AWD and depends on how i threat her. :0 If i drive like i should, i usually have kinda 28-28,5 MPG on 95 octane. I will try 98 octane to check if it really make more MPG. Cheers
  3. Basically i understand that you managed to swap it ? And above all you are safe ? That is all that matters. Cheers
  4. Merry Christmas everyone! aaaand ofc health above all!
  5. What are you looking for ? what fuse you search ? Maybe i could search for it in repair manual
  6. But on RHD that fusebox should be located on the left side where is actually located also on LHD.
  7. When i meant high voltage i was talking about HID. HID bulbs also use high voltage, so as i recall voltage there is even higher then on battery.
  8. One small advice: always use rubber gloves when you do those procedures. High voltage there.
  9. I asked this because i saw some chinese version on ebay, made with Samsung chips, and the reviews i saw there said something that the results are more then ok. All i needed was your personal opinion about the bulbs you already use. I don't know if i am allowed to post here model and pictures, but i think i will pay 36 Euro for a pair of HB3 led bulbs. I will give a try.
  10. If it is not too much, can i ask you to show here a picture of the led bulb or if you have at least the maker and the model ? I intend to purchase same kind of led bulb for my RX400h, if you say that they are pretty good
  11. If your friend can't find the invoice or the receipt, don't bother. Find a good local dealer near you ( when i mean near i mean somewhere in France), so that dealer can ship you fast a new battery. For example i bought my car from a dealer in Berlin, Germany. My battery was also dead so when my car arrived at me, i needed a new battery also. But my battery dealer suggested not to purchase some fancy names (Bosch, Varta etc) rather to choose a quality battery made in Austria (Banner). So i currently have Banner on my Lexus RX400H. The dealer checked the battery when he sold it to me and to have guarantee he first measured my car's charging capacity. Only after that he signed my guarantee papers. So i presume you can't go to some battery dealers to check 1st your car charging capacity (could be faulty) then to buy a new battery?! I strongly suggest to test the car charging capacity.
  12. Do you mean auxiliary battery (the one situated in front near the headlight)? Or you wanna say hybrid battery ? Which one are you talking about ?
  13. Ok i found out the source of my problem. The relay indicated in the service manual for my LexusRX400h was not for HORN. Anyway i found out using the repair manual for Lexus RX400h, what is the circuit diagram for my car, and step by step i discovered the problem. It was a circuit board situated near the fuse box - that contains a lot of electronic circuits and relays (one of them is for HORN ). I just swap it with another board and all was solved. I attach pictures with that circuit board Hope that my problem will help others to solve their problems also. Cheers Hi there. Have you discovered if the relay is used by another device ? If yes, would you be so kind and share with us ? I am curious because my RX400h have a problem with horn, but kinda opposite situation compared to your situation. I mean my horn ring continuously and i was forced to take of the fuse from the panel. I checked the relay and it seems to be in order. But as you already said, the fact that it could be in use by another device makes me think if if not that devices fault for this situation. Cheers
  14. The picture i posted there it was made by me. I took my spare headlight and took a picture to show exact location of those screws. The headlight is also with auto-leveling, so it must be almost identical with what you have. Cheers
  15. As far as i know, those 2 screws from the picture i attached are for adjusting the beam.
