Doesn't answer your question, but the six week old demonstrator I drove last September did not have this function. Neither does my car. Someone else on this forum ( cannot locate the thread ) bemoaned the lack of it. Salesman told me no longer fitted, something to do with tow bars, not that I could imagine many people wanting a tow bar on a UX. -

Came across some useful videos on You Tube by "Viktor G Automotive" who apparently is a Lexus Master Technician. These include change wiper blades, change cabin filter and replace 12v battery.
