  2. How should that be relevant? Download size is <14gb so 64gb has more than enough capacity. I think my issue is the Apple software.
  3. Jay, I too will be asking Lexus Cardiff to look at this. From yesterday now FRF Motors not Marshall. I've downloaded the zip flle (13.82gb) to my Apple laptop, but the file will not copy to an empty 64gb pendrive (formatted FAT32) with the explanation "too large for the volume's format". Navigation manual was of little help. The web instruction page refers to a 16 digit activation code, I can only see a 22 digit code. Clearly I have insufficient brain cells !

  5. Not wishing to be pedantic but “Interest free” with a service plan is strictly not correct. You are not getting the service first and paying later, rather the other way round. Each service will have been paid for by the time it’s undertaken. I will concede that the service price is fixed, and does even out cash flow, and I have one.

  8. Anyone had problems dealing with Toyota Finance? Made an overpayment of a few thousand back in June to reduce the term of my PCP. Made a further few thousand overpayment last month to reduce monthly repayments. For some reason TF want to return the June overpayment, with the comment that there must be a 31 day gap between overpayments I have received confirmation messages re the reduced term and repayments, which they now seem to ignore. My latest reply to them states that my calendar shows rather more than 31 days between June and October, and I expect swift resolution, otherwise there will be a complaint to the FOS.
