    We had the UX and changed to the NX simply because of needing to accommodate luggage for our grandson. On picking my daughter up from hospital we couldn’t get the whole pushchair in the boot! NX all the way!

    I had a puncture last February Ken and had to wait 4 days for a replacement tyre from Asda Glasgow. (I was visiting Glasgow). Did you get a replacement straight away?

    My 2022 NX Takumi is fully ready for Remote Parking as it got as far as to ask me to exit the car with the key fob to use it. Unfortunately the Remote Parking App would not connect to the car for some reason.

    I have a 2022 NX 350h Takumi on 20 inch Bridgestone run flats. I think the run flats are noisier than standard tyres but I am happy to have them given the number of potholes. One recent observation is that the car glides, and the suspension is a joy, when there are 4 adults in the car rather than just 2. It also glides when laden with luggage and just 2 passengers.

    Bill, That sounds more like an account issue because my problem is that it was always asking to log on again - logging on fixed the issue but then it would ask again next journey.

    That’s very strange Ken…. I haven’t had a problem since 4.18.1 🤞 I assume you have checked for updates in the menu? Also strange that I didn’t get 4.18.0 - maybe that was for 450+ models only? I am 350h

    I have re entered my password again. I looked at the Lexus Link App on the AppStore and noted that it had a software update yesterday (31 July). Hopefully this is why it was required to be re entered. If not, I am back to square one. Time will tell….

    Hi Colin. Have you scratched your thumb nail on the glass near a corner? If it moves smoothly like polished glass then there is no film. If your nail meets resistance I would conclude that there is still film on it. I didn’t see the film at all until it bubbled in the heat last summer.

    It is not just a Lexus owners problem. I searched the web and found that Toyota owners suffer the same problem…. Must be a shared software. 🤬

    I have spent the last few weeks repeatedly entering my Lexus password at the end of the journey. I cancel many times within the journey but it keeps popping up. Like others, I have shortened my password to make it easier but this annoyance is spoiling my enjoyment of the car after 18 months and 16,000 miles!🤬 Does anyone have a fix - before I register a complaint with the dealer?

    Have you checked that you don’t still have the protective film on the screen? I had a year of struggling to enter upper case letters before the dealer looked at the screen bubbling up and said it was the film that should have been removed at delivery. Upper case works every time since!

    PS Coincidentally, when I parked my NX in a car park, someone parked the same colour UX as I had next to me.

    Chris, I changed from UX to NX due to having a new grandchild and not being able to get the pushchair in the UX. I loved the UX but the NX is far easier to drive and park than the UX - it is squarer and has the 360 camera.

    Had my software updated for the XGG95 recall yesterday. The actual update only took 2 hours but I had a loan car anyway. Whilst it was in they replaced the fuel flap mechanism. Top marks to Lexus Hedge End for doing it for me at the same visit.

    This 18 inch wheel is for NX 2014 onwards so are you sure it will fit the new models from 2022? I would have thought that the bolt specs could be different. I also note that there is no 20 inch version. Buyer beware!

    Surprised to hear this Steve…. The service advisor at my local dealer offered me a loan car because they had not yet done a XGG95 update and did not know how long the update would take.🤔

    I got one screwdriver. I assume it is to lever off the plastic cover over the towing eye socket.

    Received a letter from Lexus about the XGG95 recall to reprogram the ECU again - this time for a fault with the TSS3 safety system. This is my 4th recall for ECU issues. Very inconvenient with a 60 mile round trip each time.☹️

    My 2022 350h Takumi came with a towing eye and screwdriver to get the towing eye cover off. No other tools due to the 20 inch run flats.
