I sold my BMW 3 litre Z4 to get the SC430 I was happy with the fuel in that, pottering about I would get 27/28 mpg and on a run it was giving upto 43mpg and I know other Z4 owners achieving the same.

Mine didn’t go down this year but shopped around and found one cheaper, but my wife’s insurance renewal came a lot cheaper. Also our Buildings and Contents renewal came in £150 cheaper than last year😲😲 Don’t vey often get that.

Hi Ant It is annoying, my missus prods around and listens to locate the noise but she’s useless (about as much use as a chocolate fire guard)😏😏 I keep meaning to get some trim removal tools.

I’ve started noticing a rattle on the passenger side dash area when going over uneven/potholed roads, it sounds similar to a marble in a plastic cup🤔🤔 Unsure if it’s behind the vent or behind the wood effect trim above the glove box. How do these pieces come off to inspect behind?

According to my owners manual, nothing in the slot on the left but there should be a tool bag in the space on the right.

My locking wheel nut box was in the space on the right, I took it out for the pic because I didn’t think it belonged there🤔🤔 smaller box for the space.

Spend spend spend 😲😲😲 I’m spending near on a grand this week on new exhaust then the following week it goes for MOT and I Know the reluctor rings are coming to their end 😟😟 After that though, I know I will have a perfect car 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Ant, I was asked what sound I wanted so I’ll leave it with them and hope it’s right when I pick it up. They are a reputable exhaust manufacturer. www.stainless-exhaust.com

This is going to be my worry next week when my car goes in for a new exhaust. I want that V8 rumble but not overly loud. I was also asked if I want one big back box as original or two smaller ones, one either side, which I might plump for.

What’s the SGS website? I have had stuff from SGS engineering (don’t know if it’s the same site) in the past and they also do them for the SC at £35.99 a pair.
