  1. Oregon Highway is on its way to Portbury. it will pass Gibraltar in the next 3 to 6 hours Adriatic Highway is in the Red Sea and will be at Suez Friday the 24th in the evening Georgia Highway has left Toyohashi Harbour and will be at Suez March 12th in the evening Next vehicle carrier should be entering Toyohashi Harbor in 10 days or so. If some one has her name, that will be nice to share
  2. Oregon Highway will dock in Spain in less than 24H Adriatic Highway is south of Oman and should be in the read sea in 48H Michigan Highway is making its way to the USA Georgia Highway is arriving in Japan today...
  3. No, it does not seems related ton can bus attack but more on relay attack using UWB technology to detect "false signals" and pinpoint the exact key
  4. I'm a bit in the same situation (order placed in February 22 and delivery scheduled for march...I keep fingers crossed). The press release states changes will be implemented from spring 2023 but with different timetable for each European market... Configurators and brochures have yet to be updated Looks to me that chances are high, you'll get a non updated NXII (ie with dark glove box...) but you may check with our dealer. Very little doubt for my future one, it should be on a boat or pretty close to board one and It will be a non MY24 NXII
  5. Yes, the pictures or should I say renderings are not particularly convincing. My current car (still waiting for my 450H+ to be delivered) has light color interior and glove box get's rather dirty pretty quick. At least it does "lighten up" front passenger space
  6. Straight from Lexus Europe Newsroom (Source) Coming to Europe - not earlier than spring 2023 and with as many timetables (and flavours) as local markets M&L soundsystem option for PHEV Reinforced theft protection Slightly revised interior (glovebox will be in seat color) Improved digital mirror (auto dimming at night) Improved third stop taillight Improved auto EV/HV mode using navigation data from onboard GPS, real-time traffic data and acceleration / braking data from your previous trips --> this major improvement may be avalaible by OTA or dealer update for older NXII models (to be confirmed) Let us call it an incremental update 😀
  7. Same timeframe for me . Ordered 14/02/2023 delivery scheduled for March (through Kinto leasing)
  8. Well, the software is made by a US team, you can find official clips showcasing the development team. For a 1st iteration of a brand new system it is not so bad and with OTA updates, there will be improvements along the road. Competitors are not better. For example VAG new interface for the VW ID line and IV Skoda line is still pretty buggy (and the last major update needs to be installed at the dealership...), MBUX has still a few glitches and even TESLA can have its screen freeze while driving...
  9. Yes, CarPlay does have a split screen option. But @RXtoNX was looking for a "native" split screen option which is pretty standard feature across automakers. On my VW Discover Pro entertainment system, the Home Screen displays on one half navigation. The other half is splitted between audio source and frequent phone contacts. Lexus says it is by design, due to ergonomic consideration but that sounds like a pretty poor explanation.
  10. With the current Lexus system, there is no split screen function. Maybe in a future OTA update. It would be nice as a configurable home screen
  11. And not seing any puddles after using AC (long enough) can be a symptom of a clogged drain and that can causes troubles (wet carpets, mold...)
  12. I ordered a 450 H+ in a Takumi equivalent trim (called Executive in France...why bother using French to name a trim level in France, when you use Japanese in the UK 🙂 ) mid February. It's a company car, on a long term leasing which I contracted with Lexus leasing company. They told me that the earlier delivery would be mid October an no later than December. ...But the dealership just phoned me last week to tell me that my car will be in France beginning of August ... Great news, but I will have to wait until the end of my current lease (December) to lay may hands on it. Go figure
  13. Well, not surprised, by the timeline you got... It is the same this side of the channel. When I ordered mine in February, the sales rep told me that I will have to hurry in order to avoid a price bump and increased leading time. I thought first it was a sales trick but it turned to be a pretty good advice.
  14. No, No, many of us are tracking it, fingers crossed 🙂
  15. Some news from across the channel. I just received a call from my dealership. They are "locking" the swap date with my current long termer lease as planned in mid December. They recieved confirmation for production and delivery from LEXUS. Wohoo that is Christmas in summer ! For the record : - Order placed mid february - Car is 450H+ Takumi - Long term lease will be with Lexus own financial firm
  16. The only recalls I am aware of are : VSC software update (apparently in Canada only) Possible missing spot welds (4200 Lexus recalled for inspection) Didn't heard or read of any brake actuator recall.
  17. In France, 350 H ordered late march are now expected in December 2023 (November if you're lucky). Situation is a bit less grim for 450H +, March orders should be fulfilled by the end of 2022... At least they will come with all the options included (BMW delivers cars with no Huds or induction chargers, Audi does not guarantee adaptative cruise control...)
  18. You can use the volume knob as a reset button. Just press it for five seconds to restart the infotainment system (handy with the few quirks and bugs it still has)
  19. Not the same in France, Dealer has to state a "no later than" date on the contract. If he fails, he has to give back the deposit and should he drag his feet, he will have to give you back between 10 to 50% more than your initial deposit.
  20. +1 , and both 350h and 450h+ have a heat pump system instead of a classic HVAC and is much more efficient
  21. Q5 PHEV have (at least in France) very limited availability and you have to forget some features (HUD and/or Adaptative cruise control for example) according to chip availability. On top of that the drivetrain seems not very reliable (even in brand new cars)...and not that fancy to drive for a german car.
  22. Sit rep on the other side of the channel. 350 H ordered today delivery date : not earlier than Q4 2023 ! 450 H+ delivery date is shorter (so to speak) : 11 to 12 months
  23. Seems like your car is set-up as a fleet car (multimedia manual as a fine print mention about it - mine is in French and the info is located below the tables in sections 2.3 and 2.4) . In such mode, I believe you can create profiles but not link them to a key. In such case, I would try to phone Lexus support or my dealer
  24. Is your profile main profile ? Did you link it to a Key FOB ? Do you carry more than one key (card or classic key fob) ?
