    Is200 Tte Airbox

I'm looking for any part of TTE compressor, specially the airbox.
  10. There is a m90 for 50 USD in ebay (plus 100 USD for postage) I'm tempted but surely is better to wait a good price for a short nose m62 from Mercedes and avoid adaptation and boost pressure problems.

  13. Yes. No. Yes, but isn't necessary, replacing just the seals. Anyway do not worry, if one day have leak is easy to change it, not like the pump.
  14. The bit above the water pump that looks like it's been leaking ? Yes. ok, but I can't see that part number in the picture. Am I missing something ? Sorry, I don't quite understand The both parts with 16268F number.
  15. Yes, see the pink colour of coolant in that. The toyota part number is 90301-17009 (x2) in years 9901 to 0207 and 90301-17016 in 0207-->onwards.
  16. I think I'm not wrong, the oem MB Eaton M62 diameter pulley is 100 mm. and the TTE is 110 mm. http://www.benzworld.org/forums/r170-slk-c...ulley-size.html The year/model MB with M62: Mercedes C Class C230 1994-1997 2.3L I-4 M45 Mercedes C Class C230 1998-2000 2.3L I-4 M62 3rd Mercedes C Class C320 2001-2004 3.2L V6 M45 Mercedes SLK 230 Roadster 1998-2000 2.3L I-4 M62 3rd Mercedes SLK 230 Roadster 2001-2004 2.3L I-4 M45 Mercedes SLK 32 AMG Roadster 2002-2004 3.2L V6 M62 3rd and others cars http://www.thehighspeedlab.com/Eaton_Price_List.html i would double check your information as i know the 110mm pulley on the supercharger is a standard item and is not replaced when the supercharger is used in the TTE/Bermani kit. 10 seconds on ebay produced this : 320313218684 its ended but is an example of what is available First sorry about my poor english and my ignorance about this issue, I hope you can understand me. I think the TTE and MB Eaton M62 aren't the same pulley, one is direct and the other have a magnetic clutch, but if the difference of diameter is only 10% seems not problem (the valve or the bypass preserve the correct boost around 0.3 bar), and the clutch only work if it's plugged and receiving signal so no problem. In Ebay Europe there are few M62 and a lot of M45 and in Ebay USA there are a lot of M62 but with large nose and there are more M90 still much more cheaper (100 USD or less). As I don't have the bracket (in fact I don't have anything yet ) to support the s/c I'm thinking to buy a M90 and build a bracket for it :duh: I still thinking it's possible to build yourself a IS200 compressor kit with a very reasonable cost, I'll see ...

  18. Yes but the m62 from GM or Ford are more cheaper, 100 USD or less, and the size (diameter) of pulley from MB nor is the right one. If you choose the MB I think it's more reasonable and cheap change the pulley on water pump to preserve the ratio for boost. Here there are snout for a M62 but is expensive and don't seems sufficiently short http://www.invasionautoproducts.com/superc...-m62snouts.html
