oh dear, failed then :) just done some working out the mbike hasnt been fired up in about 4 years , and its been OFF road for about , 15 :) me and georgina , (daughter) used to ride round the back garden on it , lets hope i can still ride one after all this time

might have it sorted , been on fleay bay and can get a new on for 30 quid, or a decent second hand one for 15 , just got to see where its split first

yeah me too, got bought a little 125 bike when i was 16 for my birthday, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2000-SUZUKI-RED_W0QQ...id=p3286.c0.m14 same as this , but mines got spokes instead of alloy. then drove that for a few years , got my part one , but for the life in me couldnt pass the bike test itself, so went in for my car passed first time, then got given a shed of a bike from next door neighbour to "restore" http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1984-KAWASAKI-750-GP...id=p3286.c0.m14 sold that a while ago for nothing like that money, decided now enough is enough with the petrol and the fact this gs125 is worth nothing , so hopefully end of month 2 wheelies :) Steve

Well im booked in for my cbt on the 26th of july, :):):):) had a motorbike for 26 years think its about time i rode it :) 60£ a year insurance, 15£ tax, and a 11 liter tank, should be alot better than the '300 i think,

well im putting the bike back on the road, (60 a year insuurance and 5 a year tax) ....but the left hand engine case has a couple of hair line cracks in over tightened the nuts and cracked the case, "when i was younger i didnt know what a torque wrench was for" so it has a slight oil leak, any one got any ideas on how these can be repaired, i got told they cant be welded as there a crappy alloy? Ta Steve

me neither fishy, and tbh i cant remember if the noise was there before i had the belt done now, reason why i said i "didnt realise that the cam belt tensioner "needed" chaning aswell", is there are a few cam belt kits , tensioner and belt together, on ebay, i think it just didnt click as ive never done the cam belt myself, ill ask about getting a tensioner from factors and getting it fitted or see Ubi and see if he thinks its coming from there :)

i got my cam belt changed a few months ago, and didnt realise that the cam belt tensioner "needed" chaning aswell?????, reason why i ask this is on tick over i get like a rattling sound coming from the front of the engine, not all the time just now and again, if i rev it up it goes, when its fast idling its not there either , the sound ,sounds like its an external noise not internal from the engine ... any ideas? should . ive taken a pic from where it sounds like its coming nope cant upload owt?????

Any one out there know the diameter of a cat to zorst gasket for my 96 '300 , mines blowing like a sod, and my local lexus dealer are bobbins , 3 days to order a gasket something wrong there, so i thought id see if i could get a size and get a generic one , tried uploading a pic but couldnt , its the gasket between the cat and the main exhaust pipe assembly Cheers blowing exhaust
