yeah blows dont it i work for the RM, i didnt even get the chance to vote, its not nice driving thru a pikit line every night to fuel the truck up, then after the shift aswell,. oh when you get your bills and letters and all them, they might have dhl and tnt sigs on them but the RM do the delivering, unless you courier everything out, RM still do the walking. its only the network thats changed the final bit is still rm but then again, im only a postie

erm, i like my car, however not as much as some of you like yours i must admit, but i still wash it. i play on the pc alot , mostly games like graw2 and moh, mainly graw 2, im a sniper :) i have another hobby but its illigal and i cant tell you what it is ;) or ahnet might get me (saying that if he reads this he might tell you what it is any way)..... OH satellite tv, (forgot about that one) ive a 1.8m satellite dish in the back garden connected to a dreambox so i get millions of free channels (well there free to me anyway) car/shooting/tv/beer/(.)(.) sort of sums me up

Hullo. i think the belt is about 40 to 50 quid, not sure about the tensioner tho,. if i remember correctly i payed 200 for mine fitting from the local freindly garage as for the extra bits for the car, i think your best bet for anything for the mk2 is ebay, it seems america is one of the best places for the mk2, they seem to still be alive and kicking more over there than the UK not really much help was i :) but anyway welcome to the club well thats strange, when i posted this janey was the post above mine, where you 2 sneak in from :)

there was a post on the gear selector (plus AC bulbs, for the mk1's ) not sure if you access the under neath of the gear selector the same way tho , but you can have a look to see tho. its not difficult to do, even I did it ;) see if you have got voltage to the connectors on the door contacts, or it could have been a dodgy bulb you used. does the radio work normally or is it just the cd part of it that aint? hmm, well thats odd then, as i went to the call and collect counter in Leeds with my order no's and my brass, walked in asked guy for stuff, he dissapeared for a bit came back with them, started messing with computer , and said, account number?? erm not got one, so he said we dont do business with public were trade only,. :( so i came home and called my mate up whi HAS an account with them should have noticed something was wrong as i was walking out a woman walked past with a pair of white jeans on as i turned round to look at her backside there was a notice on the door saying we dont do public. trade only ( i never saw it on my way in) hehe Steve i just needs some 3mm green condoms now

yeah but can you put the nob back on tho ? :) nearly as bad as my day, source them little bulbs, 3mm +5mm wire legged bulbs from RS , 38p and 15p each cant get any cos ive not got a rs account , bloody typical yeah the smallest are the more expensive i can find the 5mm green covers but not the 3mm ill keep looking

Nice one :) looks like ive got bulbs out on the head light adjuster cluster thingy and the seats, not sure about the hazzard , cant remember that one oh wheres your volume knob , dont that light up? ill have a look at mone tomorow night and compare. still nice one tho i think looking at the AC light in the picture i needs to re do mine as its a little brighter (lighter green) to yours, i didnt have a proper bulb so i had to use a longer one , so the green condom :) dont cover all ove it, but its only a 5 minute job now so wont be that hard thanks again Steve OH SMOOTH !!!!!!! easy listening ?????

cheers fella, works now :) next one is the heater seat one , one seat light didnt work and the light thats connected to the lights dont either, them i will have to buy, and i needs a new green condom aswell hey seeing as your in a helping mood :) no rush but can you take some pics of inside the car when its dark for us, so i can see what switches do atually light up like the mirror switches, well all ov em :) soz to be a pain but i hate lights not working

my years of scrounging in scrappers :) here seeing as your on can you do me a favor, ... without the ignition on, turn the lights on and tell me if the lcd lights up, (with mine never working i dont know if its right) Ta

Well ive just done , or in the process of doing mine however, slight probs :) changed 3 bulbs that had gon but cant do the one for the lcd, even tho the buld had gone i cant get another one to work, even ones that are proven to be ok dont work, so, i might had to link one from another bit, not really the ending i was after , but .... ill keep you posted

i think on the issue of the motor way camera, as i noticed last night, , you can all be ploddin along at 50 mph, granted in london there are men working 24 hours a day , so obviously the speed limit is there to protect them mainly, any whoo, were all plodding on and some (CZ) check (i know i cant spell) 40 footer came sreamin past us all doing 70 all the way thro, dont think he will get some will he ? the amount of foreign artic that dont slow down as they think they cant get cought it stupid

i go thru the average cameras on the m1 between junction 10 and 6A, yeah us northerners do go that far south :) at 11pm to 12am, and you would be amazed how many people just brake at the first one, accelerate all the way through the roadworks at 60 to 70 mph then brake at the last camera.(do they know something i don't) (i think i needs to find out how these things work.) up in sheffield the last camera in the row has a light , a very bright light attached, is this to take the pics of the faces? and if so is it just the first and last cameras that take pics, like i said i think i needs to know how they work... read how they work,, oops i think im screwed aswell :)

ive got an old ps1 some where m8 , ill have to have a look in the loft, but im sure it has phono's out , there is a big connector that plugs into the back, 2 for audio and 1 for vid , im sure of it let me have a look

i forgot it was on aswell ., so im dowloading it , should be done in a few mins :)

a couple of bulbs went in the supra when i had it , and they had the green "condom" on them, got prices for them ,though sod this , and carefully removed the green cover, and stuck it on a normal bulb :) but then again i am a tight northerner

HOW MUCH !!!!!!!!!! its times like this, spending hours walking round the breakers nicking , i mean borrowing fuses and little bulb comes in handy, but i didnt think they would be that expensive
