Recently i had my front two tyres replaced mainly due to Inner tyre wear But before i had them replaced i had excessive shaking when slowing down and accelerating around 50mph I thougt the tyre change my solve this so had tyres replaced all wheels re - balanced and wheels realined This has reduced the shaking a bit but however it still happens, the car also pulls to the left too a bit. What things can i do. Was thinking of going to get brakes checked and while they was doing this as them to check the calipars? Anything else Would this have anything to do with the Geometry? i am thinking of taking it too this place http://www.4wheelalignment.co.uk/

funnily enough earlier this week was having a similar, convo re the plates with out computer man at work. he was telling me that legally you only have to have one number plate and the second is there for convenience, dunno if hes right or not! look at most countries they only have back number plate

Just spoke to a policer officer i no and he told me to ring the station and ask for it back as they never give me a receipt to say he had taken it. Also he couldnt understand why he had taken it So going to look into it

I may look into this. I did ask the police what would happen if i got stopped today or while waiting for new plates to show up. He said just show them your ticket

Just been pulled over a a police road check. They were doing vechicle checks insurance etc They gave me a £30 fix penatly notice for my plates. They also removed my plate and took it, Can they do that? I dont mind paying the £30 as my plates shouldnt be on the car, but wasnt happy they took the front plate! PS they never mentioned my tinted windows Andrew

the place in backpool isnt the guy off ebay is it?? leave him your old ones and pay a couple of hundred quid and he'll give you a set of refurbished ones!? i yell.com'd the guy in Leeds! there's loads of places around that can refurbish wheels though. ya thats the one shall i stay away? i would because he was a nasty four letter word when i called for details etc. for what he's charging and what you're getting you'll be better off trying yell. also, alot of the local guys that do wheel refurb's will let you have them any colour (if its an avenue you want to go down) when they respray them having taken them back to the metal. I bought a private plate for my EX G/F couple of years ago (No longer with her) Everything was in my name etc plate but the plate was for her (S888GEM) and it was put on her car. Was searching through my room the other night and i found the receipt for it. So who owns the plate is it the car or the person who bought it Thanks Andrew
