Help ! Electric Window Problem

Hi , Just bought an Rs200 and i have a problem with windows,

The drivers side window works fine. But the other 3 have stopped working.

I have tried changing the master button unit on the drivers side door and all the other little window buttons on all the other doors , but still no joy ??

Is there a special fuse in the car that controls them 3 windows which are p/f,p/r,d/r

Looked at the fuses but cant see one that has blown,#

Anyone know which fuse it is or is there a special unit that i need to replace.

You haven't left the window lock on have you?

Does the Altezza have this.

Tried the window lock.. No joy, even tried replacing that whole unit and still no joy.

Motors,though i cant see all 3 packing up at the same time.

I doubt if it is the motors, When i press the main switches on drivers door i can hear clicking noises coming from the switches on those other 3 doors, Is there like a master - slave thing going on with the other windows , like a special fuse for the other 3 windows,

Of course they do!!! its only realy the engine thats different!!! :P

and the light washers, heated seats, badge on the front!!! :D

which fuse box you been looking?

Drivers side fuse box:

1 2 3

4 5 6

7 8 9

10 11 12

13 14 15

16 17 18 number 8 is the drivers window. 20A fuse

Passengers side fuse box:

1 2 3

4 _ 5

_ 6 7

8 _ 9

_ 10 11

_ 12 13 Number 1 passenger window 20A fuse

Number 4 Drviers side rear window 20A fuse

Number 8 Passenger side rear window 20A fuse

This should make sense when you look at the fuses.... hope it helps

All 3 fuses are ok, is there a relay for them 3 windows aswell apart from the swtches.

Thanks alot guys for your help. I have sorted it.

Behind the fusebox on p/s there is a relay that controls the power to the 3 other windows. Replaced Relay... and hey presto its all working ok.
