Daytime led one working

Hey guys I noticed something today. When the car is unlocked or in auto headlights mode, only the left drl is turns on. 

However when you switch all the lights off. Both drl seem to be working fine so I assume the light is still alive but weird that it doesn't turn on when the main lights are on.

Thats really odd.

Both DRLs turn on in mine if its dark outside and the car is unlocked

If its bright outside, they dont turn on, even when the car is switched on until the gear selector is moved from Park

when i turn the slider all the way back (to off position) both leds are on and super bright but when i turn on the headlights the right drl goes.

getting a vehicle health check done tomorrow will ask the technician about it

the health check turned out alright. The engineer stated that as the front bumper had been repaired (someone had backed into my car and done damage before i bought it) the wiring may have been plugged in improperly for the drl to go off when headlights come on. I talked to the guy who sold me the car he said to bring it in he will get the drl issue fixed. The engineer also said one of the bumper brackets is broken. My questions is what is a bumper bracket and if its broken what happens then? I think one bracket costs 70 quid without installation.
