Missing trim?

Not sure if I'm missing a trim piece in the but in the driver's door, I can see a screw, which seems very un lexus like!

There should be a shaped piece of hard felt sitting at the bottom of the hand hold/door puller which would hide the screw head. Mine is not stuck down so it's probably gone missing with cleaning etc.

Yep as said - felt pad.

They're not usually stuck down but firmly placed. They will get sucked onto a good vacuum so I reckon thats probably whats happened

It's just a crappy bit of felt. You could probably get something very close the original for a few pennies from an arts and crafts shop. you obviously just need to cut it to the correct shape.

that's true, it disappeared after it's last visit to the Lexus dealer I bought it from so have asked them to sort it. They haven't replied yet....
