96' LS400 door mirror issue

Need your advice about my 96' Celsior (same as Lexus LS400)
Driver' (right side) power mirror is not working, left side is ok and both mirrors are electrically foldable (so there is no problem with contacts). 
Also - driver side seat belt height ajusting is not working, left side is ok.

Seat memory is also not working.
Is it any computer again?

My door mirrors too have similar issues ......  old age methinks and I decided to just " live " with it   .......  having experienced all sorts of oddball electrical gremlins from time to time .  the door mirrors are the least worry'ing'some for me to worry over these days
