Lexus service experience

I put my car in for a diagnostic check with the Twickenham team and had a pretty good experience. Spoke to a chap called Dimitri who was incredibly knowledgeable. He immediately told me there was no issue and this was normal - I didnt believe him (that's on me), he said he was happy to put it in for a diagnostic but it would come out as £198 + VAT.

A few hours later the master technician calls up and gives me the all clear - my face when there is really no problem!

Turn up to collect and they kindly waived the diagnostic charge!

Obviously n=1, but good experience nonetheless.

Good to hear. Maybe I got unlucky during the Christmas rush.
