IS220D fuel filter seized

Hi y'all

Can anyone shed any light on a fuel filter seized on an IS220D? Apparently I have one that is seized and trying to remove risks breaking the housing. Can the filter and housing be sourced with ease and is it costly?

Hi, If your filter housing is the same as this ....maybe just a seized / ruined locking screw as in the video. If you're mechanic is trying to unscrew the bottom part with the top part still bolted to the car - he / she might not even know its there securing the two parts together.
