lexus link ux300e

Hi

I just bought 2 days ago my first electric car. Lexus ux 300e. i absolutly love it so far but i cant connect my lexus link app to the car. I created an account, i added the car, i was verified and accepted all terms and stuff, but when i click to connect to the car it say "an error occured, please try again later" Did anyone had similar issues ?

Hi Benjamin,

Congratulations on your new car, pleased that you like it. Did you get it from a Lexus dealer?

The Lexus app isn't the easiest to set up first of all although I've found it useful. I can't remember whether I had the same issue but did look at this page on the Lexus U.K. website.

Yes it was helpful thank you. I bought it from lexus milton keynes. Its a used one but only 9000 miles. apparently i should have set it up there because they need to confirm ownership of the car.

Sorry for not replying before now. Glad to hear what I sent was helpful.' My' car is a company one so if/ when I retire, I'd really like another UXe as it's been great so far. There seem to be some really deals on used ones at Lexus dealers. Feel free to send some pictures of your car too.

its all working now. Lexus link is very useful, i love it. The UX300e is the best car i had so far. I would only change it to a new RZ one day.
