Hi

The problem with doors 'freezing' on the new NX 450+ and other formats has been well documented during Dec 2022 - March 2023 .....this problem only manifested itself when ambient temperatures dropped to circa minus 2oC / 3oC. Whilst i accept that we are in the Summer period - but not too far away we will be subjected to low temps and the reoccurrence of the 'freezing doors' problem.

Does anyone know if a solution to this problem has been engineered by Lexus and has anyone in the UK / Ireland actually received satisfactory resolution??
