Hello,

If I want to  watch a DVD in the back seat and switch on the ignition, but do not start the car, will this drain my Battery very quickly orwipl it all  turn off about 30 minutes.

I don't like the current setup,  when engine switched on and hybrid is silent but then when engine switches  on there is  a sudden move, spoils the fun!

Thanks

Put the car into the Ready state or you will kill the 12v Battery in no time.

Keep the transmission in Park, there may be a small 'jolt' as the petrol engine starts but it's really very minimal, at least it is in my experience.
