Lexus LS600h L - Stereo Upgrade

I just wanted to see if anyone has upgraded the stereo in their LS 600?? I have a 2009 and have seen a replacement 12.1” screen from China and keen to see if anyone has installed this?? Look forward to any other suggestions for bringing the ICE system up to date with some more modern tech..
