Climate started alert for deleted car

I had a loan car for a couple of weeks and added it to the app.  When I gave the car back I deleted my profile from the car and deleted the car from the app.

The dealer had a couple of heating schedules which I paused while I had it but now they have the car back I am getting notifications on phone (Android) and IPad saying climate has started.  It doesn’t appear within the app, only as an alert.

i have emailed the app support on this but sounds like a backend issue.

anyone else had this ?

Maybe you should try deleting the app and re-installing?
