Ghost 2 installer recommendation

I was supposed to have a Ghost 2 installed on my ES today. Just before l set off l got a call from the installer saying when he tried to download the software from Autowatch the software wasn't available as there has been compatibility issues with the ES. Autowatch say they are looking for an update fix. Very disappointed.

That’s disappointing, I’m going to go back to my installer and ask them to check to see if the same applies to the NX…..

I have just had a message saying that Autowatch is releasing new software for the Ghost that has addressed the incompatibility issues with the ES.

I do believe Autowatch has a pet dealership that seems to let them check software out on the cars. Good luck I have found Autowatch helpful and very professional.

That’s great news. Did they give you a time frame for this so you can go ahead with your install? My installer came back and confirmed the NX was fine, he’s checked the software download, and consulted with Autowatch. So, fingers crossed all will be well.

He said he should be able to do it next week as the updated software comes with February's releases. A lot quicker than l thought.
