Lexus App remote start

Hi I'm thinking of getting a Lexus 450h can someone tell me when the app allows Lexus to be remotely started please?

My Lexus app allows me to remotely set up the heating in the car, which is rather nice in this cold weather, but it won't let me remotely start the vehicle. Why would you want to do this?

Hi yes I actually want to remotely set up the heating, which I would expect from a newer car but does this work on a 2010 Lexus 450H

With the current thefts going on, I would be reluctant to fit any remote start.  Just one extra thing to secure.
