Apple CarPlay

I have noticed lately that when i have wireless apple CarPlay on whilst driving is fine but when i turn the car off and the next time I get in and start the car again my music comes on but the info screen goes straight onto navigation. Just wondering if anyone else has found this or is there some setting I am missing.

Gary.. Try Disconnecting the dongle leave for a minute and then re-insert it....Might Help restore default page..!!

There is no dongle, it’s wireless CarPlay. 
it is ok if listen to a radio station and then turn the car off and when you comeback to the car it goes automatically to the radio you was last listening to, but if you listen to your music on apple CarPlay and turn the car off when you comeback to it the music carries on playing from the last time it was on but instead of going on to the album artwork it goes automatically to the Satnav.

I suspect this is an Iphone behaviour, not car’s.

My wife noticed something else - in the morning car play does not just play music and show a map, but it also shows a button “navigate to work” (it seems to be choosing it based on previous trips at this time, does not show at other times, and it is clearly an apple Maps on her phone doing it).
