Hello, I have just bought my first Lexus, a 2014 NX 300h and have found that it appears to have duff USB ports.  I have tried several different cables but the USB icons on the 'source' screen remains grey.  The cigarette/power socket is live. Help please!

Welcome to Lexus. Which USB port(s) have you tried? I am not sure they all can be used as a music source.

See image from the 2014 manual. Looks like it is only the one in the storage unit between the front seats.

If you still can't get it to work, I would recommend using Bluetooth as a stop-gap.

Could be a Blown fuse...Google it and see what they say..!!!
