Recently bought Lexus NX 350h and set up Lexus Link which worked fine. Went to use it yesterday and informed that it was being discontinued and superceded by the Lexus Link+. I have downloaded the new app, inserted my email & password, however is continuously "updating" and in the background has limited info ie vin number, local dealer etc but none of my personalised info. Anybody advise?

I have the same problem on my IPad which started about a week ago.  I’ve removed and reinstalled but same issue.  Works ok on Android phone
