Centre Armrest Lid

Recommended Posts

My wife has just recently purchased a 2019, UX 250 H Lexus and whilst it is in excellent condition I noticed the other day there is a tear at the back of the drivers centre armrest on the lid. I managed to find a replacement online but unfortunately nearly had a heart attack when I saw the price was £803. This has since been confirmed as correct by our local Lexus dealer in Norwich so I’m wondering if anyone has any idea where you can get a replacement lid at a sensible price, as it is obviously not worth £803. I have found a place local to us who is actually prepared to recover said item, but we can’t figure out how to get it off.

Hi Barry, I have managed to get the lid off by pressing both buttons on each side at the same time and jiggling around with it a bit.

Hi Barry, I think i opened one side then barely kept it open but firmly pressed the other side button and lifted.

I will try it again tomorrow to check.
