Hi, if you speak to a Lexus dealer they should be able to get you one - I don't know how helpful they are in France but if you speak to a guy called Chris Shipley on here he may be able to help you source an official one?

I wish have a image file of the 2003-2004 CD to copy it.

I've already do that with Clone CD and it's works with the 1998 version.
