Is200 Questions.. Exhaust, Filter Etc

Hello guy's,

I am a new member, i have done a search but cannot find definative answers in the results.

My girlfriend has just purchased a 51 plate is200. i am sorting out all the parts required for a service, are denso IK20's ok for a standard engine?

I am also going to fit a high flow panel filter in the standard box.

Exhaust systems... will headers and system from a is300 fit straight on. I own a performance parts company and my suppliers lists parts for the is300 but wont confirm if they will fit the is200??

I have read that thread and it looks like the is300 ones are different.. shame i could get them cheap along with a system..
