Fans Front Of The Radiator Won't Stop Help

I just replaced the water pump, timing belt and A/C compressor and after picking up from mechanic shop realized fans (2 fans front of the radiator) won't stop.Car is not running hot or anything, even in the morning cold engine they come on right away. Also RPM when idle at 0.1 not at 10 or 8.

Id take the car back to the mechanic get him to check it over.its got to be a sensor not plugged in or a broken wire,that sort of thing id say.

Is your air con on at this time? I believe that these fans are for the air con radiator and designed to work like this, the engine radiator cooling fan is mechanical.

Sensor wasn't plugged in.Thank you, mechanic forgot the connect the sensor now everything is ok.
