The Who were brilliant - seen them a couple of times (Hyde Park & Earls Court) and they've always been good.

Really enjoyed Razorlight and Pink Floyd too!

PF--------------disappointed they didn`t milk the crowd with a.b.i.t.w.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Robbie---------is he freddie or jagger? Good performance though.

Def leppard (philly show)---------great stuff

Scissor sisters------------very good.

VR----------------always nice to see Slash (see foot note)

Keane---------super duper.

Missed Queen, Bowie!!

However although the "old guard" are still going strong and are familiar to the youngsters of today, i wonder how many of the other performers will be around in 20 years time for the next one...........given that a lot of the performers who were "new" for live aid are still about?

Was impressed with the people bob got there such as Gates, Annan etc which I think highlighted the major differences between UK+europe and the US (glad we didn`t have the same amount of Rap music they did---how boring! )

Now G8 politicians---you actually work for us, so i`m telling you to sort it out, that`s an order.

Mr Morse--check out Slash doing a pice of spanish music called Obsession Confession. It will blow your socks off.
