Buying Gs300 Sport - What Do I Look For

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have done a search on what to look for when buying and it only comes up with mark 1 and i think that t reg to w reg are mark 2, i may be wrong.

I have not really looked into them a great deal apart from knowing that they are very reliable what with being toyota.

Well what i want to know is i will be looking at around the w reg 75000 mile mark i have never bought cars with this sort of milage before as i tend to go for low milage cars 15,000 - 30,000 miles. is milage a problem on these cars and whats ready to go on cars at 70 + sort of milage. when are cambelts due etc.

Is there a guide i can read that will tell me what to look for?

any relevant help would be really great as i would like to know as much as possible.

Thanks in advance

Matt

cambelt depends on age. 1998 models have a 9k mile service schedule and a 63k cambelt change. 1999+ have a 10k mile service schedule and 100k cambelt change.

Nav is an option on both the SE and sport
