Fuel Consumption

Hi all,

You are not going to beleive this but I'm quite chuffed with MPG I'm getting out of my IS200se.  Getting around 30MPG, used to have a Rover 420 and that done less...!  Getting about 100 more miles out of the same cash.

on a recent rip to Durham i averaged 33mpg and that was with 4 adults and luggage.

average speed of about 75-80

Only checked my mpg twice. First time got 27.9 and second got 30.1.

Not too bad, used to have a Calibra Turbo and always got less than 20, worst was about 12!

Yep i get about 300 miles on just local driving, got about 400 on the old 1.8 Avensis, but a Lex is a Lex its a hungry little baby. :P

always get 420 miles then the light comes on

but then again i used to drive a Vectra and that used to do 400 miles

but only had a 50/60L tank so i aint complainin

i know which one i would rather drive
