Never Leave Your Car Keys With A Moron

tried looking up search but to no avail,

so here goes

while i have been away i left my car keys with a mate to turn my baby over every so often to stop the Battery going flat.(away 3months) However he went on holiday, left her and the Battery was flat when he came back, but he told me on the phone this morning that he has taken the Battery out and taken it to the Battery bay to get charged,however is there anything i need to to do when i reconnect it? key pairing? radio code etc etc any advice would be gratefull so that i can get back on the road when i get back to give her a good thrashing .
