Sat Nav In Aristo

I have got Toyota Aristo 1999y with Denso navigation system. System of course, not working. Read a lot about fixing in forum but found nothing for CD based Denso system. I got Japan map and its working- at least I can see map on the nav screen. Files extensions in CD- .all. I saw few Lexus GS300 with the same looking Denso nav system- 5 buttons on right side of the screen. If somebody got the same nav sat, should be allright to try GB Cd on my car.

By the way somebody fixed TV in Aristo model?.
