Lacquer Peeling On Front Bumper

Hi,

I am new to LOC and have signed up having just bought a IS200 Sport (V Reg). Had been looking for one for absolutely ages !

The car is in pretty much perfect condition. The only prob is that there is about a 2 inch square of the front wing where the lacquer has peeled. (The paintwork underneath is fine). Any suggestions on how to go about fixing this without it costing a fortune. Pretty skint after buying the car ! Can just the afftected area be fixed or will the whole wing need to be treated ? Dealer or private ?

TA

just find a good body shop, could even find out whothe dealer uses - it will be cheaper to go direct.

few people on here have had a bumper repainted for about £150 / £200

u will have to see what they can go about the laquer, but they shouldnt have to repaint it, depends how many stone chips u have etc.
