Body Shop Recommendations?

Hey all,

Got my IS about a year ago - it had a few dinks and scratches here and there, and now after a year of stone chips (and a few body kit purchases) it's time for a trip to the body shop to fix them up and for a general blow-over. Has anyone had any experience (good/bad) of body shops in the Guildford area? (PM me if you don't want to name/shame publicly). Also, other than looking round the premises and seeing examples of previous work - is there any other advice for choosing where to go?

FYI - Lexus Guildford quoted me £700 which was felt excessive. That was for bonnet, bumper and part of both front wings (flashed).

Cheers - was going to check with them - but was hoping to find out which body shop they use and go direct rather than through them, but I suspect I might have trouble getting them to give me that info....
