Is It A Brake Problem?

when i use the brakes on my is200 i here clicking noise from the brake pedal. the brakes feel soft and can hear air when using the brakes thus i have to use more braking to stop or slow.

is this normal?

i checked the brake fluid and it is above min. please advise.

No, sounds like you have air in the brake fluid.

Clicking noise? Don't know, but you better get your brakes checked

As above, try bleading your brake system. A fairly easy job on most vehicles if you have someone else to depress the brake pedal.

Yep, or you could even gravity bleed them by yourself, but easier with another person. However, if there's air in the system, there is a reason for it.
