Hi

I'm new to the plesure of Lexus ownership I have a GS300 SPORT in green that ive had since good friday.

loving it turns head were ever i go. :D

Few problem's but will be sorting though them in the coming months. ie. Cambelt is about due! AA centre quoted £300 is this good! is there a specialist in nottingham that anyone knows of?

Does anyone know how to get to the gs300 badge in the middle of the rear lights that badge is in silver and i've like to change to black chrome or gold like the rest of the badges?

I've taken the unit off but can't seem to get it apart and don't want to break it?

other than the states where can i get clear side repeaters from?

Hi welcome, looks like you have very nice car mate, not bad price on cam belt, steve at charlesworth motors (GLOSSOP) is bit cheaper, But then you would have to travel :D

Your car looks very Clean..

If your looking at having the cam belt changed it would be wise to have the Power steering/alternator belt changed at the same time ;)

From memory i paid around £100 for both belts(mine was for the import Aristo model) from the main dealer and got a local garage which i heard stories of good work done there to change the belts for me.They charged £130 labour which i thought was a good price :)

think Glossop is a bit far it'd cost me £300 in petrol :winky:

Got to admitt i'm tempted to go for a Aristo model keep looking so watch this space :)

Sounds expensive compared to how much i paid £126 less than your qoute :o
