Does anyone know the weight of the standard Bonnet?

Hi Shadow,

it maybe worth having a word with your local dealer, as they would more than likely have deliveries of this.

They could perhaps then give you an idea/rough guestimate on tne weight according to delivery notes?

Just a thought, seeing as most of the lad/ettes on here are more interested in "non standard" parts ;)

In fact if you want to replace the bonnet with a carbon fibre alternative, you need to know how much weight your going to be saving.

So, according to Lexus GB Parts Dept, the standard bonnet weighs 20kgs.

(Actually they quoted in grams, and to 2 decimal places i.e. 200000.00grms)
