I Hate Chewing Gum

Help, I stepped on a piece of chewing gum in the car park without knowing it and part of the chewing gum is now on my floor mat. Does anybody know how to remove it?

put an icecube on it until it freezes, you should then be able to pick the gum off.

Try going to the cinema and sitting down to enjoy the film, 1.5 hours later you get up to find that the heat from your ar*e has melted a load of gum off the seat onto your brand new pants.....

My mother tipped latex on the carpet at home, ended up snipping bits out! A lot was left in the carpet for years though, until she found out that NAIL VARNISH REMOVER shifted it. Worth a try, but test the underside of the mat for colour-fastness first.

Oh, and try to do it with the door closed, make the most of all those fumes! :duh:

Have you ever tried going to the cinema when you're wearing some trousers or jeans or something over your pants - that can help :P
