Performance?

I was wondering if anyone has got there is200 still using the euro spec engine (no conversions) into the early 6's in the 0-60 times. And if so what extra was needed on top of what i will presume is a supercharged start

The closest one I could think of that is supercharged would be Kieron's (dark_is200).

That has the supercharger, along with pulley upgrades etc to generate more boost as well as various other mods.

Not sure what 0-60 times it will be producing but it must be one of the most modded SC cars on here.

The faster cars would be the turbo'd cars, at the moment Daza_W has the quickest IS200 here which has had a serious amount of work done, you're talking new engine internals as well as the turbo and so on.

Adies is currently being rebuilt but that one will be in the same sort of arena once it has been done as it also has the engine internals done as well as the turbo and so on.

The turbo route is quicker but can cost a lot more money in terms of parts and labour required as it is much more indepth.

If you're only interested in 0-60 times then maybe you'd be happy with the supercharger kit and a nitrous system to give you that little extra boost just when you want it.

What were the boys running at Trax? That should give you an idea of what sort of thing to do if you're only interested in 0 - 60 times.
