Noise Interference

I have recently replaced my Headunit with the sat nav by pass lead (thanks fargo).

Now, when my phone is about to go off, i could hear a loud interference coming through the speakers, it had never happened with the stock unit.

Are there anything that i can do to stop it other then putting the OEM back on

have you tried moving where you put your phone??

the interference normally comes when u put it close to the head unit..

i seem to get similar when i put my blackberry under the hu but not when its actually in the recess nect to the sat nav remote..

i would guess it is just too close and would test out putting it somewhere else and seeing if u get the interference..
